- शेख सबा अल खालिद अल हमद अल सबा को कुवैत का नया प्रधान मंत्री नियुक्त किया गया है। शेख सबा ने 1995 से 1998 तक सऊदी अरब में कुवैत के राजदूत और इस्लामिक सहयोग संगठन (OIC) में दूत के रूप में भी कार्य किया। उन्हें सऊदी अरब द्वारा 1998 में प्रथम श्रेणी के राजा अब्दुलअज़ीज़ के आदेश से भी सम्मानित किया गया है।
