HKRNL and HKCL Entrepreneurship Development Program 2025 : The Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) is a flagship initiative jointly launched by Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) and Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) with the objective of nurturing entrepreneurial talent across the State of Haryana. This initiative aims to empower youth with entrepreneurial knowledge, business acumen, and practical skills to establish, manage, and sustain their own enterprises successfully. Through this program, participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and guidance to transform their innovative ideas into viable and scalable business ventures.

- Enable aspiring entrepreneurs to transform innovative ideas into structured, profitable enterprises through mentorship and guided learning.
- Support Haryana’s vision of fostering an inclusive and self-sustaining entrepreneurial ecosystem, aligning with the State’s mission of “Skill, Scale, and Sustainability.”
