Employment Status : Applicants must already be working as a Clerk or in an equivalent post on a regular basis in a government department, board, corporation, or authority of the Haryana Government. No Objection Certificate (NOC) : Selection will be made only after the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the employee’s parent department. ACR/APAR Grading : The grading of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last 10 years must be at least 70%. If an employee has less than 10 years of service as a Clerk, the grading for the total period served in that capacity will be considered. Integrity and Vigilance Clearance : The integrity of the employee must be beyond doubt. Pending Inquiries : No charge sheet or vigilance inquiry under Rule 7 or Rule 8 should be pending against the employee. Withheld Increment : No order withholding the employee’s annual increment for the previous five years should be in force. SETC Qualification : Passing the State Eligibility Test in Computer (SETC) is mandatory, as prescribed by the Haryana Government.
