• Master Degree in Social work (preferably specialized in Medical & Psychiatric Social work/ psychology) OR
• If no candidate with the above qualification is available then a post-graduate degree in sociology may be considered OR
• Qualified Graduate Nurse
• Qualified and Competent PLHIV will be given preference

• Graduate/ Diploma holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Approved from State Govt. of Haryana
• Note: Registered in State Council

• B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM Or ANM with a minimum of three years of experience

• Postgraduate in social work/ sociology/ psychology/ Anthropology/ Human development from a recognized University
• Experience: Minimum two years after essential qualification
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer, Proficiency in MS office

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Should have completed 10 + 2 before obtaining Diploma or Degree
• The Degree or Diploma should be from an institution recognized by the State Government of Haryana
• The candidate should be registered with Haryana Paramedical Council. Knowledge of computer
• Experience :-
• Minimum 2 years after degree and 3 years after Diploma
• Degree holders must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Blood Banking
• Diploma holder must have minimum 1-year experience in Blood Banking
• Desirable : Postgraduate degree, Proficiency in MS office

• Graduate/ Diploma holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
• Approved from state Govt. of Haryana
• The candidate should be registered in Haryana State Council
• Working knowledge of computer

• Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development Nursing from recognized University with a minimum 1 year of experience
• After PG degree/ Diploma of working in the field of counseling in the health sector  preferably in STI/ RTI and HIV/ AIDS OR
• Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Nursing with a minimum of 3 years experience after graduation of working in the field of counseling in the health sector preferably STI/ RTI and HIV/ AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/ AIDS the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/ AIDS
