- Assistant Registrar : PB – 3 (Rs 15,600 – 39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-. After Five years of service as Assistant Registrar with GP of Rs 5400/-, an incumbent will be assessed by the DPC for moving to the higher GP of Rs 6600/- with the same designation.
- Assistant Librarian : PB – 3 (Rs 15,600 – 39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-. After Five years of service as Assistant Librarian with GP of Rs 5400/-, an incumbent will be assessed by the DPC for moving to the higher GP of Rs 6600/- with the same designation. Note: Those who are already appointed on AGP of Rs.6000/- may continue with same AGP as recommended by the Selection Committee till 5 yrs of their service. Already appointed on AGP of Rs.6000/- shall move to GP of Rs.6600/- instead of AGP of Rs.7000/- (As there is no GP exist at Rs.6000/- and Rs.7000/- in Non-Teaching) after 5 yrs of their service. No further recruitment will be made on AGP of Rs.6000/-.
- Technician : PB-1 (Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-
- Technical Assistant : PB-2 (Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
- Junior Assistant : PB-1 (₹ 5200-20200/-) Grade Pay of ₹ 2000/-
- Superintendent : Pay Level 6 of 7th CPC PB-2 (₹ 9,300-34,800/-) Grade Pay ₹ 4,200/-

- Assistant Registrar : Master’s Degree in any Stream with (55% Marks).
- Assistant Librarian : Master’s Degree in Library Science Information Science / Documentation Science with (60% Marks), NET / SLET / SET Exam Passed.
- Technician : 10th Passed and ITI Certificate OR 12th Passed in Science with (60% Marks) OR Diploma in Relevant Engineering Field.
- Technical Assistant : Degree / Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science Engineering.
- Junior Assistant : 12th Passed with Typing Speed : 35 wpm, Proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
- Superintendent : Any Bachelor’s Degree with Knowledge of Computer Applications.
