Pay Scale Details
|
- Pay Scale : The selected candidates, who shall undergo minimum one year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40000 – 3% – 140000 at the Basic Pay of ₹40000 during one year training period. On successful completion of training period and on clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as Officers in the pay scale of ₹40000- 3% – 140000 at a basic pay of ₹41200/-. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time during training / after regularization.

Qualification Details
|
- Marketing : MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness, or related disciplines with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture specialization.
- Finance & Accounts : CA/ICWA/CMA OR MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM in Finance/ Financial Management.
- Materials : Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Material Science related disciplines OR MBA/ PGDM in Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.
- Information Technology : B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc Engg in Computer Science/IT OR MCA.
- Electrical : Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering OR AMIE in Electrical Engineering.
- Chemical : Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/Chemical Process Technology OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering.
