• Haryana IT Saksham Yuva Yojana : The Scheme Will Provide It Skills Training To 5000 Youths In The First Phase To Graduate / Post-Graduate Applicants From It Backgrounds To Enhance Their Employment Opportunities In Government Or Private Sector.  
• The Youths Will Undertake The Haryana It Program Free Of Cost For A Minimum Duration Of 3 Months From State Skilling / Training Agencies Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (Hartron), Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL), And Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU).
• A Merit List To Select 5000 Applicants Who Will Be Given It Skill Training Will Be Prepared Based On Family Income/ Age/ Education.
• आईटी सक्षम युवा योजना की घोषणा हरियाणा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारा की गई थी। इस योजना का मिशन 60000 युवाओं को रोजगार देना है। लेकिन पहले चरण में इस योजना के तहत 5000 युवाओं को रोजगार दिया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत आईटी पृष्ठभूमि वाले स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर आवेदक भाग ले सकते हैं।
• इस योजना के तहत एक अल्पकालिक पाठ्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा जो 3 महीने का होगा। यह पाठ्यक्रम पूरा होने के बाद राज्य के विभिन्न विभागों बोर्ड निगमों और अन्य एजेंसियो या निजी संस्थानों में युवाओं को तैनात किया जाएगा। इस योजना का उद्देश्य न केवल रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करना है बल्कि युवाओं के करियर का विकास सुनिश्चित करना है।
• इस योजना के तहत हरियाणा राज्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विकास निगम लिमिटेड, हरियाणा नॉलेज कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड और श्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल विश्वविद्यालय एजेंसियों को प्रशिक्षण के रूप में चुना गया है। जरूरत पड़ने पर सरकार अतिरिक्त एजेंसियों को अधिसूचित कर सकती है।

• The Haryana IT Saksham Yuva Who Are Engaged With Government Departments Will Be Given Remuneration Of Inr 25000 Per Month.
• A Monthly Unemployment Allowance Of Inr 10,000 Per Month Be Provided To The IT Saksham Yuva During The Waiting Period For Deployment Post Passing The Assessment Test.
• आईटी सक्षम युवा योजना में भाग लेने वाले युवाओं को पहले 6 महीने के लिए ₹ 20000 प्रति महीना पारिश्रमिक सहायता दी जाएगी। वही सातवें महीने से युवा को ₹25000 की पारिश्रमिक सहायता दी जाएगी।
• जो युवा इस योजना में होने वाले अल्पकालिक पाठ्यक्रम के बाद भी नौकरी पाने में असमर्थ होंगे उसे सरकार की तरफ से ₹10000 प्रति माह बेरोजगारी भत्ता दिया जाएगा।

• Applicant Should Be A Domicile Of Haryana Having A Valid PPP ID.
• Applicants Should Not Be In Any Kind Of Employment E.g., Public / Government / Private Sector / Quasi-government Or Self-employment At The Time Of Applying For The Scheme.
• Applicants, Who Are Graduate Or Post-graduate (B.tech. / Bca / Bsc. It) / (M.e. / M. Tech. / Mca / Msc It / Mba It) From Recognized Institutes / Colleges / Universities.
• The Candidates Will Be Eligible For Unemployment Allowance Only If The Annual Family Income Of The Candidate Does Not Exceed Rupees Three Lakhs (Rs.3 Lakhs) From All Sources.
• The Unemployment Allowance Will Only Be Commenced Post 01 Month From The Date Of Issuance Of The Passing Certificate For The Assessment Test Of The Course Completed.
• आवेदक हरियाणा का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए तथा उसके पास वैध पीपीपी आईडी हो।
• आवेदक की आयु 18 से 35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
• आवेदक योजना के लिए आवेदन करते समय किसी भी प्रकार के रोजगार जैसे सार्वजनिक/सरकारी/निजी क्षेत्र/अर्ध-सरकारी या स्वरोजगार में नहीं होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक, जो मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों/कॉलेजों/विश्वविद्यालयों से स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर (बी.टेक./बीसीए/बीएससी.आईटी)/ (एम.ई./एम.टेक./एमसीए/एमएससी.आईटी/एमबीए.आईटी) हों।
• उम्मीदवार बेरोजगारी भत्ते के लिए तभी पात्र होंगे, जब उम्मीदवार की वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय सभी स्रोतों से तीन लाख रुपये (3 लाख रुपये) से अधिक न हो।
