- प्राकृतिक आपदा या विपदा की स्थिति में किसानों को तत्काल सहायता दिलाना।
- खाद्य, बीज, ऋण एवं कृषि उपकरणों पर मिलने वाली सब्सिडी समय पर उपलब्ध कराना।
- फसल की बुआई एवं कटाई के समय तथा मंडी भाव/बिक्री संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान करना।
- किसानों का पंजीकरण, फसल का पंजीकरण, खेत एवं फसल का संपूर्ण ब्यौरा उपलब्ध कराना।
- किसानों के लिए एक ही स्थान पर सभी सरकारी सुविधाओं और समस्या निवारण की व्यवस्था करना।
