Pay Scale Details |

- The starting Basic pay would be Rs. 82,485/- in the scale of 82485-4050(14)-139185-4390(4)-156745 and such other allowances as may be admissible under the rules in force from time to time in the company. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 1,14,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment. The Officers are also entitled for Company’s / leased accommodation as per norms

- Information Technology : B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology OR MCA with (60% Marks, SC / ST / PH: 55% Marks).
- Automobile Engineers : B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering OR B.E. / B.Tech. in any Branch with At Least 01 Year Diploma in Automoblie Engineering with (60% Marks, SC / ST / PH: 55% Marks).
- Risk Engineers : B.E / B.Tech Degree in any Engineering Field (Except CS / IT & Automobile).
- Company Secretary : ACS / FCS from ICSI and Graduation / Post Graduation with (60% Marks, SC / ST / PH: 55% Marks).
- Agriculture : Graduate (4 years) / Post Graduate in Agriculture/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Agricultural Engineering with (60% Marks, SC / ST / PH: 55% Marks).
