Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana : The government of india launched the PM Kisan Saman Nidhi scheme in 2019. Under the scheme an income support of Rs 6,000/- per year in three equal installments will be provided to all land holding farmer families. The funds will be directly transferred to the farmer’s bank account.

Financial Benefits

- Under the PM kisan samman scheme, eligible farmers will receive financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 annually, disbursed in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000 each.
- This assistance aims to reduce financial stress and improve the livelihoods of small and marginal farmers.

Eligibility Criteria
|
- Applicants must be permanent residents of India.
- The applicant should be a farmer by profession.
- Only small and marginal farmers are eligible for the scheme.
- Farmers must own cultivable land, and the land must be registered in their name.
- Farmers living below the poverty line are eligible for this program.

How To Check The Status
|
- Visit the official PM-KISAN website.
- On the homepage, look for the “FARMERS CORNER” section.
- Under the “FARMERS CORNER”, click on the “Know Your Status” option.
- On another page Enter the Registration Number, and Captcha Code, and click on the “Get OTP” button.
- Enter the OTP in the required field and click on the “View Status” button.
- The status will appear on your screen.
