केंद्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित डिजिटल एग्रीकल्चर मिशन के अंतर्गत भूमि स्वामी किसानों की विशिष्ट किसान पहचान (Farmer ID) बनाई जा रही है। इसके लिए एग्री स्टैक पोर्टल पर आवेदन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है। किसानों का पंजीकरण कृषि विभाग एवं अटल सेवा केंद्रों के माध्यम से किया जा रहा है। केंद्र सरकार के निर्देशानुसार कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय किसान आईडी के जरिये विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे किसानों तक पहुंचाएगा। इसमें पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि, कृषि उपकरण सब्सिडी, फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना और क्षतिपूर्ति योजनाएं शामिल हैं। बिना किसान आईडी के योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा। इस डिजिटल आईडी के बन जाने से पीएम-किसान, फसल बीमा और खाद-बीज पर मिलने वाली सब्सिडी सीधे खाते में और बिना किसी देरी के मिलेगी। बार-बार पटवारी या दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटकर भूमि दस्तावेज जमा करने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी। सरकार के पास डेटा होने से आपदा या फसल नुकसान की स्थिति में मुआवजा वितरण अधिक पारदर्शी होगा।

Haryana Tractor Subsidy Scheme 2025-26 : The Department Of Agriculture And Farmers Welfare, Haryana has introduced a tractor subsidy scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers to promote mechanized farming in the state. Under the Haryana Tractor Subsidy Scheme 2025-26, eligible farmers can avail financial assistance on the purchase of tractors with 45 HP and above capacity. Applications are invited online through the official portal of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Haryana. This Haryana Tractor Subsidy Scheme aims to reduce the financial burden on SC farmers and help them adopt modern agricultural equipment for better productivity.

Haryana Tractor Subsidy Scheme 2025-26 : मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा (MFMB) पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत अनुसूचित जाति के किसान जिनके नाम कृषि भूमि है (PPP ID के अंतर्गत परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य के नाम पर भूमि हो) से 45 HP एवं उससे अधिक क्षमता के ट्रैक्टरों पर ₹3.00 लाख प्रति इकाई अनुदान प्रदान करने हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। लाभार्थियों का चयन संबंधित उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय कार्यकारी समिति द्वारा लॉटरी (ड्रा ऑफ लॉट्स) के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। ट्रैक्टर की खरीद एवं भौतिक सत्यापन के पश्चात सब्सिडी की राशि लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते ( मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पर पंजीकृत) में सीधे जमा की जाएगी। Haryana Tractor Subsidy Scheme 2025-26 : Online applications are invited in department portal from Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers registered on Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB) and having ownership of agriculture land (the agricultural land may be in the name of any family member under the PPP ID) for providing subsidy @ ₹3.00 lakh per unit on the purchase of tractors of 45 HP and above. The selection of beneficiaries will be made through a draw of lots by the District Level Executive Committee under the chairmanship of the concerned Deputy Commissioner. After purchase of the tractor and physical verification, the subsidy amount will be transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account registered on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal.
Eligibility Details
लाभार्थी हरियाणा राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए तथा अनुसूचित जाति (SC) श्रेणी से संबंधित होना चाहिए। लाभार्थी ने पिछले पाँच वर्षों के दौरान विभाग की किसी भी योजना के अंतर्गत ट्रैक्टर पर अनुदान का लाभ न लिया हो I लाभार्थी ट्रैक्टर की खरीद तिथि से पाँच वर्षों तक ट्रैक्टर को बेच नहीं सकेगा। लाभार्थी के पास कृषि भूमि का स्वामित्व होना चाहिए। भूमि परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP/Family ID) के अंतर्गत परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य के नाम पर पंजीकृत हो सकती है। The beneficiary must be a resident of Haryana State and belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category. The beneficiary should not have availed the benefit of tractor subsidy under any scheme of the Department during the last five years. The beneficiary shall not sell or transfer the tractor for a period of five years from the date of purchase. The beneficiary must own agricultural land. The land may be registered in the name of any family member under the PPP (Family ID).

45 HP एवं उससे अधिक क्षमता के ट्रैक्टर की खरीद पर ₹3.00 लाख प्रति इकाई अनुदान दिया जाएगा। ट्रैक्टर की खरीद एवं भौतिक सत्यापन के बाद सब्सिडी की राशि सीधे लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी। बैंक खाता मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत होना अनिवार्य है।

हरियाणा सरकार के मानव संसाधन विभाग ने राज्य के संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए एक बड़ी पहल करते हुए Job Security Portal 2025–26 को लॉन्च कर दिया है। यह पोर्टल Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Rules, 2025 के तहत सेवा सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों को ऑनलाइन जमा करने और निपटाने के लिए शुरू किया गया है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता, एकरूपता और समयबद्ध निर्णय सुनिश्चित करना है।हरियाणा सरकार के मानव संसाधन विभाग ने राज्य के संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए एक बड़ी पहल करते हुए Job Security Portal 2025–26 को लॉन्च कर दिया है। यह पोर्टल Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Rules, 2025 के तहत सेवा सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों को ऑनलाइन जमा करने और निपटाने के लिए शुरू किया गया है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता, एकरूपता और समयबद्ध निर्णय सुनिश्चित करना है। नोटिस के अनुसार, हरियाणा Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Act, 2024 के अंतर्गत बनाए गए नियमों को पहले ही अधिसूचित किया जा चुका है। इन्हीं नियमों के तहत अब एक समर्पित ऑनलाइन पोर्टल विकसित किया गया है, जिसके माध्यम से संविदा कर्मचारी अपनी सेवा सुरक्षा से संबंधित आवेदन ऑनलाइन जमा कर सकेंगे। सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सेवा सुरक्षा से संबंधित सभी मामलों का निपटान केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा। किसी भी प्रकार का भौतिक आवेदन या आदेश स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि पहले किसी विभाग द्वारा भौतिक आदेश जारी किए गए हैं, तो उन्हें भी अप्रभावी माना जाएगा और संबंधित मामलों को पोर्टल के माध्यम से दोबारा प्रोसेस करना होगा। इस प्रक्रिया के तहत संविदा कर्मचारियों को पहले पोर्टल पर स्वयं को रजिस्टर करना होगा और आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करने होंगे। इसके बाद संबंधित Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) द्वारा सेवा रिकॉर्ड और दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। पात्र कर्मचारियों के लिए वित्त विभाग द्वारा आवश्यक सुपरन्यूमेरेरी पद सृजित किए जाएंगे और अंत में विभागाध्यक्ष द्वारा सेवा सुरक्षा का आदेश जारी किया जाएगा। सरकार ने सभी प्रशासनिक सचिवों, विभागाध्यक्षों, बोर्डों, निगमों और उपायुक्तों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे इस व्यवस्था का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करें और समय-सीमा के भीतर सभी मामलों का निपटान करें। यह पोर्टल हरियाणा के हजारों संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है, क्योंकि इसके माध्यम से उन्हें Service Security से जुड़ा एक स्पष्ट और डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म मिलेगा, जिससे अनावश्यक देरी और भ्रम की स्थिति से बचा जा सकेगा।
