• Junior Translation Officer : Graduate or an equivalent Master’s Degree in Hindi/English as main subject at the degree level, Three years’ experience in literary translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government including autonomous organizations.
• Technical Assistant : Graduate, Diploma in Book Publishing and 5 years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing House or a Govt. undertaking concerned with book publication, Knowledge of various processes of printing and book publication, Good knowledge of one or more Indian languages and literature with ability to edit literary material, Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Programme Assistant : Graduate with Five years of experience in a literary, academic, or Government organization or a publishing house undertaking concerned with book publication, Ability to organize meetings, conferences, etc, The ability to handle literary material, Good knowledge of computer applications.
• Publication Assistant : Graduate with Diploma in Printing or five years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publication, Knowledge of various processes of printing and book publication, Basic knowledge of Computer applications.
• Proof Reader cum General Assistant : Graduate with Ability to read proofs in English/Hindi, Proficiency in English/Hindi, Basic knowledge of Computer Application.
• Stenographer Grade-II : 12th Class Passed, 80 w.p.m. speed in shorthand and good speed in typing in English/Hindi and Good Knowledge in computer applications.
• Messenger cum Rider : 12th Class Passed, Valid Motor driving license for two wheelers/Car with three years’ experience and Knowledge of motor mechanics.
• Van Driver : 10th Class Passed, Valid Motor driving license for light and heavy vehicles and Knowledge of carrying out minor automobile repairs, Three years’ experience of motor driving.
• Junior Clerk : 12th Class Passed, Typing (English : 35 wpm / Hindi : 30 wpm) and Knowledge of computer applications.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) : 10th Class Passed, Basic knowledge in computer applications.
